Makes a great cup of coffee when you follow the rules. Learn to peal the tabs on bottom of some pods. Learn to pump and "flush" after brew. Dump pods daily. The brews are varied and shop quality. Chai is great, too. Brew and Enjoy!

I bought this machine for a birthday gift to myself since we dont have a Starbucks close to the new location we just moved to. I am very pleased with the machine and the coffee it produces. It was better than I expected in terms of ease of use.

cons- unable to put a decent sized cup including starbucks cup in cup holder nevertheless a travel mug which is impossible-drips after each use which requires cleaning of drip tray after every use pros- extremely fast start up and delivery of coffee....
