large reservoir

unit failed, started pumping back into reservoir instead of brewing, seems to be the common problem. Cuisinart stated that replacement units on backorder & not sure when a replacement will be available.

5 year warranty

having to use the warranty in less than a year with limited use, having to pay shipping to get it to Cuisinart, being told the replacement unit is on "backorder" & they have no idea on when my replacement will arrive
