Love my new coffee machine, really easy to both use and clean, makes great coffee, whether at self-measured strength or using a pod. It doesn't take up much space and the instructions for increasing coffee heat work a treat, would definitely recommend....

We replaced our machine with the same one except we noticed straight away that things had changed, metal tray had been changed for plastic and more. It stopped working after only 3 uses. Sent back for a full refund.

Ordered this machine to replace a faulty Morphy Richards espresso machine. Once received I was looking forward to making a nice espresso but was very disappointed to find out that this machine doesn't produce a nice crema instead its just a black...
