KRUPS KM7000

It says "Krups" so you think you are buying German Quality, built like iron. Not. It's made in China. Thin Plastic and no real quality feel. It's a little complicated to set up. It's messy. It drips condensation from some unusual spots and the grinder...

There was a wbsite that linked to a way to fix the item. It was basically some engineer who spent a few months cobbling something together in a way no normal customer could.

I love how there is a lid over between the grind holder and the grinder. No more steamy beans and jammed grinder.

Very convenient to use every day. Makes good coffee.

This is the best coffee maker and grinder I have ever used. It does it all. Do yourself a favor and buy the perminant coffee filter,best [$] investment I have made.

Worked great four times then the thing just quit working, read online it's a common problem. The four times it worked it was great coffee. Sent it back on my tab and still waiting to get my refund.

My wife and I purchased this coffee maker in July 2009.  In less then a year we have had to ship it back for warranty work on three separate occasions.  All at a cost to us because there are no local Krups authorized service centers in our area...
