Who doesn't know the pros and cons of a single-server brewing machine by now ; Makes coffee, tee, cocoa, etc, one cup at a time

Makes coffee, tee, cocoa, etc, one (expensive... about 70c each!) cup at a time ; Cheaper than starbucks, but daaaaammmm those K-cups get expensive

Convenient. Small, but good coffee...depending on kcup used. Loved it while it worked

Zero reliability. Replaced first one under warranty. Then just out of the warranty, the replacement quit ; They can make a LOT of noise brewing. Reusable coffee cup/filter leaks like heck

Super easy, no cleanup, makes a great cup of coffee

Does not always give me a full cup...the larger cup option is unreliable. Sometimes it dispenses a full cup, and sometimes I have to run it three times to fill an average sized travel cup. I've read online, and several other people have had this issue....

convenient and programmable

had 3 of them in past 3 years, each of them stopped working after between 8 and 12 months. Brew one cup and quit; I had to unplug and replug the machine to get it to brew another cup, and it would only dispense 8 oz regardless what you set the cup...

Shipped super fast, this is my second one and the first is still going strong just wanted another one for a gift

Shipped really fast as in two days, but it was beat the hell up when i got it. good packaging saved the device from damage

This is an amazing machine ... it makes coffee that is quick fresh and on the spot.. the beauty is that its always fresh.. you know that taste of how coffee is when you first make it in the big pot.... well this machine makes it fresh... every single...

Other than the K cups being expensive... and if you consider it... if this catches on then the price will come down.... I have no major gripe

The water tank is small for an office ; Generally the k-cups are not as strong as I like ; Using your own coffee is challenging. See other thoughts

It makes coffee in a few seconds, easy to use, easy to setup, k-cups sold everywhere

Not really anything, wish k-cups were a tad cheaper or more cups other than that its perfect

Loving it - coffee is done in under a minute, there are a lot of roasts and brands available, and very little if any cleanup

Could not love this thing more. OK, maybe if it hooked directly into our plumbing and we didn't have to refill the water reservoir. But seriously, it is awesome. I bought it from newegg, 3 months ago. Got a *great* deal on it then
