Good quality product. Coffee stays hot . Would use other Krups products.

Wish this was a 12 cup. Also filter basket must be aligned perfectly or you get a grounds mess. Otherwise, really nice looking and easy to use.

Pouring is a little awkward. Very compact; bought it because we like having a thermal carafe.

The pot is extremely difficult to use to get the water into the reservoir.

I like this coffeemaker so much that I bought it in white as well as black. Still, it is true that the last half-cup is hard to get out of the carafe without spilling. Once you go thermal you'll never go back!
