Filling the water reservoir is a bit awkward. Look at the photos and you'll see it in the back and the opening is narrow. It is a bit loud when grinding the beans but so was my hand held grinder

Consistently underproduction of ground coffee

Burr grinder, large capacity, relatively quiet (for a burr grinding machine), makes a very nice cup of coffee

It's tall, it won't fit under the cabinets above the countertop. Check your available space. The opening to add water is rather small and out of the way. The manual is not the greatest, but I was able to figure things out with the spotty info

Made good coffee. Easy to use

Stopped working after three days. I went to turn it on in the morning and the control lights flashed on and off multiple times and then the machine died and could not be resucitated
