Bought two of the 12" frames and one of the 8" at Costco. All of them displayed the pictures at great resolution and loaded quickly from an SD card, didn't use internal storage. One of the 12" frames had a bad wall adapter and returned it for another....

It would have been nice if there had been a single bit of information about the recipes and how to use them, however there was not a mention of them, I thought I had the wrong merchandise. How would you ever get new recipe software???Good Luck with that.
