First, this is a box to rend / buy movies from. It is proprietary and therefore will have no long term support. Second - It has extremely small mount of supported formats. Which means a lot of what you have video wise is probably not going to play on...

This may not seem essential, but if you wish to build a personally controlled library of 4k or HD movies, this storage device will be a good start. The capacity is good enough, software is decent, and the cost is reasonable.
