One Word – Disappointing! I’ve been a huge fan of Sony for years, and was excited to add this product to my audio visual system. Its unfortunate Sony has decided not to support a 64-bit OS. Please step up Sony and offer a 64-bit client!

Software CD supplied with this unit is not compatible with Sony desktop 64 bit computer running Windows 7. Even software downloaded from Sony web site did not work. Software simply would not load! So, do not buy this product unless Sony supplies...

this adapter doesn't work. We spent several weekends over two months trying to set it up. I have never seen such poor instructions written by Sony. When it "loads" music from your computer, it take 30 min to load 10 songs... and it keeps asking for...

I would say read the fine print but since there is only jargon about compatability, there is none! You would have to read the box (after delivery) to learn that this unit is NOT compatible with Mac!
