prof that CRTS are not dead yet and you can actually find an awesome monitor for free or really cheap

just got this monitor in january 2012 allready old as sin was attached to a computer i found on criegslist to my amazement perfect picture and even tho the max res is 1600x1200 i'm currently running it at 2048x1536 still with a perfect picture on...

very good monitor

Overall, it's a very good gaming monitor, and for a good price. A good - but not perfect - monitor.

Very good image quality big screen size very responsive, great for gaming

when switching to different sources, screen size gets messed up (I end up having to adjust it, to get rid of black space on sides) sometimes makes very annoying high-pitched noise, esp. when there's a lot of white on screen

wonderful monitor

I bought this at the local costco rather than newegg because the shipping costs meant it was less at costco. I replaced a dying 13 inch 10 year old Dell monitor with this and it was very worth it. I've owned this for 3 months and the picture clarity...
