Speakers did not work, so had to rma back to newegg. Also, the onscreen display for adjusting color, contrast ect is not as simlple as other screens. The average user might get confused

Very sleek looking monitor, the best looking silver LCD out there in my opinion. NEC definitely knows how to design a monitor with sweet simplicity in mind ; The display is bright and vibrant as you'd expect, everything looks good to me :)

There's one dead pixel in the upper right corner. Not a big deal since I'm not usually looking in that area, though it's still a dead pixel that can get a bit annoying at times

Firmware contorl is annoying, I end up pressing select to get rid of the resolution notifier.

This monitor would be excellent

Be carefull, there seems to be a problem in the wharehouse. I am awaiting attempt number 3 for a "Silver" monitor, the wharehouse has been shipping the slightly less expensive black version of this monitor

Monitor works great with my old PowerMac and ATI 7000 video card.

Not really the fault of NEC, but DVI connections take longer to sync up and display on bootup.
