Size and Price

The max res of the lcd is so low that you might as well not even bother having the 23" monitor. The response time is slow by lcd standards

It works great as a TV. I am usually 10-20 feet from the monitor when watching TV. I have no compalints

used to be a good name. I have bought no less then 10 sceptre's including from 19 inch to 42 inch the last 4 i bought inclucing the 42 inch are horrible

cheaply made, horrible support, poor quality picture, the 42 inch tv is a joke. gets hardly any channels and looks blurry . this 23 inch monitor has lower res then the 20. looks horrible, cant even put as much on screen as 20. very dissapointed this is...
