I don't understand the other negative reviews for this laptop (assuming it works). It's a cheap $280 Acer that will do what most people need: internet/email, skype and office. The Pentium 2117U is on par with the older Core 2 Duo mobile Penryn chips...

I bought this new lap top to replace an older acer, it is easy to use and to date is meeting all my needs , tend to use it to check email , shop on line and watch sky go etc, sound is good quality, and I am very happy with my purchase

I am happy that I wont find a better laptop for this price on the market. I would recommend upgrading to windows 10 for free as it is a better operating system. If this is going to he your main computer for your home would recommend spending a bit more...

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. This was bought just for surfing and shopping, nothing too demanding. Given the price it's relatively fast , easy to set up with plenty of memory. It may not have the latest features and a touch...
