I dont know much about computers, but knew what I needed! The laptop looks just like new and performs really well. I am very pleased with it , and the price !

Nothing bad to say

very easy to set up quite fast for the price.

glossy lid gets dirty quick, especially finger prints.

Slim, stylish and eligant but battary life is rubbish only an hour after full charge. I mean come on thats just not enough to finish University standard word without a plug. But i still love it though.

Battary Life

we found it not to hard to get used to,although would have a leaflet on the sockets and what they are all for, i know we can download the manual, but finding the pages required takes some sorting through,as we are not very young.
