If you're on a budget, but want something more substantial than a netbook the 6441 is ideal.

Nice clear big screen to watch DVD's on.

Battery Life isnt good, have to charge regularly. Also after the computer has been on for about 1 hour the screen dims and isnt as bright.

Great bit of kit no faults, Downside is you get the laptop and charger but no backup info and no user manual. If you buy a brand new unit then no doubt you will get all the extras but mine was a recon unit. Graet laptop but buying a recon unit would be...

The laptop was defective on delivery. It then took nearly three hours to receive a refund at one of your stores. Overall an appalling experience. I will never buy anything from Currys in the future - ever !!!!

Whoever signed it off as a recon machine should be collecting their P45 - DVD drives need to work to be useful to consumers!

Power socket at back which from experience I know can be a problem if the laptop is dropped.

Abit heavy and gets quite hot underneath when in use and burns your legs

Its nice to have a clear screen and watching a dvd via blue ray is fantastic

Wish the weight was a little lighter

The Advent 6441 is a brilliant laptop, it is very quick in loading applications, the built in webcam is very clear, the Blue Ray DVD Player is very clear

The mouse pointer is very sensitive, if your hand hovvers over it, it moves away from what ever you are doing
