battery was terrible and the laptop would not boot up. the design was poor - where i put my hand over the mouse pad the edge of the case was so sharp it felt like it was cutting my skin on the heel of my hand

Screen size excellent and nice feel tp the keyboard.

On/Off switch unresponsive and feels cheap. The battery is shocking. Unable to boot machine up after a full charge! Not been impressed with the performance either as it often locks up and freezes.

The product perfoms as good as any other lap top I have owned,

we bought it because of the quick loading up and quick multi tasking performance. This lap top is one of the slowest at loading programmes such as itunes, photos and word applications I have known.. it just spins for ages then you have to shut it down...

Good little laptop, sreams video, game music very well,

17" screen would be nice :D

Very fast. Can cope with video and photo editing software very well.

Battery life is pretty bad. Normal use gives you about 1.5 hours per charge.

Excellent Value. Very fast laptop.

Advent's own Bios. So you can not overclock the i7 chip.
