Battery Came DOA

Nice elegant fast and charming laptop

No good if battery is dead on arrival , does not charge. Hoping new egg is serious and will replace it with a working unit.

Like others have said, it's a good looking computer that packs a lot of power into a small package. Haven't used it much but after the first couple interactions I'm very pleased.

Battery came DOA , makes me wonder if they even run tests before selling it. As more than half the people reviewing this product says the battery is DOA .

On paper this laptop has a ton going for it: it's light, sleek, linux friendly, has room for an extra ssd, has a touchscreen, good resolution, and a nice feeling keyboard. However, I didn't get to do much else with it due to the issue below.
