Stopped working after 2 months

Very light, worked fine at first

I've only had this laptop for about two months, and suddenly it refuses to start up. " have a dell inspiron I15N-1900. Whenever I try to start it, I get the windows error recovery, telling me windows failed to start. I've tried 'launch system repair'....
