Never received the lap top.

 

I don't think I will ever buy anything online over $50 that doesn't require at least a signature at pick up.

None, UPS apparently delivered the package to the wrong house (I was sitting by my front door watching the tracking page as the package was scanned "delivered" with the note: Front door.). This was supposed to be a gift for my mother

This has been a massive headache. UPS sent me back to newegg to start an inquiry, which I did. Newegg asked me to wait 7-10 days for a reply. It's now been 2 weeks and still nothing - not even a reply as to whether the inquiry even began or an update...

wow, pink & big keys

 

i purchased an extra power cord to have in my bag while one at home.

I consider myself blonde non techy kinds person. this so faris faster than my desktop. has large easy to see keys, a plus for me since i cant type and a numeric keypad. makes entering passwords easier. I really like it so far

battery life not nearly what is listed
