Very reliable. The only fault is nothing to do with the product itself - it is excessive spam and pop-ups from the internet. Therefore, I strongly recommend Norton or the such like. It is not heavy, runs quite fast, but could look thinner I suppose....

A bit bulky and ugly-to-look at.

I hate Windows Vista! It is not easy to use. I would recomend the laptop to others if it didn't have Windows Vista!

the laptop is very stylish and it is very tough, i have spilt drinks on it and dropped it a few times allready and it still works perfectly, and it is exelent value for the product

Serious Stuttering Problem with the sound, the system cannot cope.
