Very good at the time I purchased the machine but other manufacturers have now caught up

Support and now I have a problem with the machine crashing when working off the battery - But very nervous of handling the problem over to the Support Team - Who only know one solution and that "RECOVERY"

Excellent design, build quality, screen & keyboard. Battery life is good in real life conditions (with wifi enabled, steaming video). Bags of RAM and CPU power means that video editing is possible without taking a lifetime!

Fan a bit noisy, even when the computer is idle. Sightly on the heavier side compared to my Toshiba Portege.

I love this laptop!!! It is very light and quiet with excellent battery life. The screen resolution is amazing and it has no problems running all my applications like PhotoShop CS5. I bought this as I travel on a lot of long flights and I can honestly...

Boot up time and shut down is fast. The keyboard becoming lit up when there is not full light, is a great plus for the situations a travelller is often in

It takes some getting used to the left button being inclined away from the mouse because otherwise you are moving the cursor from the touch pad
