Mine was a dud.

 

When my new machine arrives I will come back and add a new review. The 3 stars are: Satisfaction/Quality of product: 0 Customer Service: 5 Overall: (0 + 5) / 2 = 2.5 (rounded up to 3)

Nice screen, chiclet keyboard, great sound, BDROM ; NewEgg Customer Service approved a return for replacement without delay

This refurbished machine was a dud. Repeated BSoD's all and random shutdowns related to event 41 task 63 and other kernel errors. After complete updates in Windows and Toshiba drivers BSoD/shut downs continued to occur. No resolution was found even...

Refurbished notebook? junk. Newegg customer service? Outstanding!

 

I won't be buying a refurbished notebook again, likely ever.

Newegg customer service is outstanding! RMA approved and processed same day notebook was received

Refurbished notebook! Toshiba obviously did not do a full operational check on this unit before they returned it to the retail world. The notebook worked well for the first hour and then performed a quick, uncommanded shutdown for no apparent reason....
