iBUYPOWER, when contacted, agreed that it's probably a faulty power supply and they are going to send me a new one. Mixed feelings on this computer so far. I hope a new power supply solves the issue.

Runs games very well, when it works

During graphically intensive games it shuts itself off randomly and can only be turned back on after unplugging it. Probably a power supply issue, since temperatures are normal

No test time

 

Years ago when I bought a system from Gateway, they always ran tests for a day or so. Maybe Newegg rarely has these issues.

I got the system next day, wow! Looks like a machine with lots of bells an whistles. But had to send it back

When I got the system it kept recycling over and over and would not boot up. I think maybe a memory conflict since I had them upgrade it to 8GB. Waiting for them to send me the new system but they want to get the defective system back first. They did...
