product was as expected - use my Lexmark laser for primarily for business - I am a Real Estate agent and sometimes do a lot of printing.

Great toner, it always works well for us in a busy office. However, this last time the toner came in a severly damaged box. The toner itself was not damaged. Overall, we are very happy.
