the 18,000amh rating is ONLY at 5volts. for the price and size the battery in this should be much better. not very heavy for the size so the battery is either physically very small or of low quality. in a pinch its better than nothing however.

never seams to die charging just a phone

wouldnt recommend this to pwr any laptop, got about half hr pwrin a 14"hp
