Built to last. Heats up fast. Made hamburgers and steaks that taste wonderful and didn't set off the sensitive smoke alarm off in my condo unlike when I use my range and grease doesn't get everywhere. Cools down quickly and is easy to clean.

It is excellent to grill vegetables, and small portions of meat. Really easy to clean and great nonstick grill plates

Heats to 450 deg in 5 minutes then seers shrimp and scallops nicely in 2 minutes or large chicken breast in 8 minutes at 350 deg. It is heavy so difficult to store in overhead cabinet but stands up nicely in floor level cabinet or pantry.

My only complaint is that I had to buy a second ribbed grill plate. I believe that customers ought to be given the option of two ribbed plates, two flat ones,or one of each (which is your current practice). I would never use your product to make...

Great looking, high end look. Heavy construction. I left it out on my counter. Appliance locks so it can be stored vertically and horizontally. Heats up fast. Even cooking. Cooks hamburger patties in under 4 mins.

I've only had this about 2 weeks and have used it several times. It is a breeze to clean.
