I have one thing to say about Cucina Electric Skillet and that it is worth every penny. So convenient for cooking meals of any kind from stir fry to breakfast. The see thru lid makes cooking so easy. I also love that this skillet cleans up so easily....

THIS IS ALL YOU NEED DAILY. A LITTLE HEAVY AND BULKY BUT YOU CAN WHIPE IT CLEAN ON THE COUNTER.

The pan is well constructed, but was too large and heavy for my needs.

Love the capacity of the 16" so much that I have in both the regular and non-stick finish----sometimes you want the fond, sometimes you don't. Makes mountains of stirfried rice and allows you to sear a larger batch of scallops than in a smaller skillet...
