We like the fact it can be used to do things such as cheese on toast as the top grill can be set at a certain height. It’s easy to use and to clean up after use.

No real negatives, but cleaning up the grill plate afterwards is a bit messy.

Looks good,heats up nicely

It has plastic hinges that break easy with a bit of force when trying to press down on your food,mines broke in less than a month,wouldnt recomend putting a super thick sandwhich in it.no temp dail.
