Great grill. This grill heats evenly and the removeable grill plates make for a fast and easy clean up more so than with the Foreman grill I own. The timer feature is handy. I have only grilled steaks so far and they have turned out nicely.

It cooks evenly. Removable grids clean very easily. When cooking in open position, a large steak cooks wonderfully. I use it about 4 days a weak making fish, steak, hamburgers, pork and lamb chops. I have yet to find a more useful kitchen appliance....

The Hamilton Beach grill is so much better then the small Forman grill because of the removeable plates(top and bottom..It heats up fast and the fat drops easily into the trap(which removes and cleans easily also).It also stores in a small space as well..
