Gets hot for an electric grill. Cooks very evenly. Weber quality construction

Not quite hot enough. This is not a substitute for a gas/charcoal grill.

Unit is small and compact which is a great size for a small patio or balcony.

I have used this grill several times even though I have only owned it for a short period of time. Despite what Weber claims, this unit does not get hot enough to properly sear food. The food tastes like it was done in the broiler in my oven...not at...
