i find this iron gets the toughest creases out. it has a good power steam on it. the reason i went for this iron is because it was highly rated by which and i am glad i bought it. it also will automatically turn off, if left on to long which is good as...

the only bad point there might be be, is that if you pefer an iron thats light you may find this iron a bit on the heavy for yourself.

I particularly liked the decent length of the flex and also the safety feature - the iron does not heat up until the correct choice is made. I just wish there was a robot at the end of the iron who could help me. Ha Ha!!!!

Instructions state that you can only use steam on highest heat setting. This is impractical as most cothes need to be ironed on lower heat setting and for best results also require some steam. I've found steam can be used on lower heat setting but will...

The crease are gone in minutes..When you set the heat in 3rs level and use a little bit of steam..even tht toughest of crease jsut disappear and it has a smooth glide feel which doesnt make your hands feel tired at all.

The water level indicator is a bit confusing. When you fill the water it feels like you are poring too much into the machine.
