John Lewis Power Steam Iron, Grey

This iron was absolutely useless. It did not steam so I took it back and got a refund.very disappointing.

I bought this iron feeling confident that a John Lewis own brand product would be good quality and reliable, not the case. I couldn't make it steam continuously, despite following all the instructions, and there are not enough steam holes if it did...

I found the same problem as the other reviewers. It was difficult to see the water level and I could not get the iron to steam at all. It would only function as a dry iron. I returned it to John Lewis for a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with this iron. Firstly it is impossible to see through the black water container to gauge how much water is in it. More importantly it spews brown water over my laundry, whether in dry or steam mode. I will be returning it...
