Not a bad point about the iron, but the delivery driver. I asked for the parcel to be left at the side of the garage,but the driver dropped/ threw the parcel over a 6 foot fence. There was no packing around the iron at all, in the polythene wrapping....

great design, easy to handle and the flex does not get in you way
