The iron works well but it is big and heavy to use, I don't know that it's worth the high price tag.

Given the price, lasting only two years is very poor value. Tefal have not responded to e-mail, and their recommended repairer says they are not worth attempting to fix. We would definitily not recommend this iron (or Tefal for that matter).
