You get what you pay for and although I squirmed at paying extra for a red Magimix I am still delighted with the machine. It is of good construction, easy to use and comes with nice little hardback instruction booklet with recipes.

There really is a lot to absorb with this product - its bits and pieces and working through the manual. But I think - I hope it should be worthwhile in the long run.
