Pluged it in all was ok but within an hour kept freezing up and turning it self off, took it back to argos exchanged it for the more expensive Hitachi system so happy now

Had to keep on switching on and off to get it to work. Took it back to store , got a full refund.

do not purchase this product,it freezes up all the time and you have to keep turning it off at the mains to get it to work again as you cannot use the remote to do this,this is really a bad product I have tried 3 of them and returned all

The first box I received was clearly a returned one from another customer as the PIN had been entered by them and I could not get it to work.

Only tiny grumble is that it would be easier for novice users if the "easy setup" guide put more emphasis on the need to switch the TV's "source" to HDMI: apparent total absence of signal baffled me for an hour before I spotted the point on...

I got this item almost at half price in a sale and am very pleased with it.

Tried to deleat unwanted channels.Totally failed.E mailed manhatton-receivers ,as stated in user guide,.Manhatton replied that they DO NOT supply this item.It looks as if I am stuck with all the rubbish channels.

Very clear good hd package, unsure however whether it is my tv or the set box that causes it to switch off on its own sometimes, this is rare and mostly happens once I am switch back from play the xbox. Switching the tv and settop and the plug usually...

Utter rubbish this Alba HD tuner. Freezes all the time, have to constanlty plug and unplug in to the mains.
