Not happy with the usb on this product, it doesn't work and asks for an upgrade for which I carn't find or there isn't one. Could anyone help or should I just go and buy someone else's product and tell everyone I know how [censored word removed] this...

This STB was a warranty replacement for another DGTEC that stopped working completely, however it is hardly any better. Recording to USB has never worked, unit cannot be turned off as otherwise it won't turn back on. Constantly freezes and loses...

Expensive but Low quality product. Bought from JB HIfi for $99. Screen is jerking and very unstable when recording TV program into USB. Ext HD can only in FAT32 format. No software upgrade on DGTEC Support centre.
