LG LST-6100P

Picure quality is great on my 50" plasma.. Channel changing was slow.. Unit stopped working after 1 month, and it was repaired under warranty.. 1 year on and the unit has stopped working again, I can't even say that I have used it a hole lot.. Not happy??

I use to be a fan of LG products,but this thing packed up just out of warranty.My question now is how much, and is it worth getting fixing? LG lcd maybe not"

I'm VERY happy with my LG 6100p STB. I just love the connectivity at the back. It's a sweet, handsome unit. Don't understand the bashing this set gets from other users. Doesn't have the fastest channel changes but that doesn't bother me.

Was promised by JBHI that this unit was the best quality wise, but overall I could not imagine a worse Hi def set top box. Recently tried an elcheapo teac unit costing about 1/5 the cost of this unit and it was far more stable, had more functionality...
