As a business we have purchased a lot of these boxes and have had very few problems with them. They are easy to install and easy to use. We have tried cheaper ones but gave up as they were not reliable.

Like all digital equipment they occasionally freeze and require unplugging to reset.

Easy to set up and good picture and sound.

Using the epg can'ts look at what is on the other channels while still watching one specific channel - may be annoying but not a major problem for us

Don’t work on the local Sandy Transmitter at all, it only works on the London transmitter at Crystal Palace as it says the power level is too low. But Crystal Palace and Sandy are the same power output and class of transmitter???? Also Crystal Palace...

The picture quality is very sharp.

Don't appear to be able to see what progs are on other channels while watching the same one. Unless I'm mistaken, when you check other channels on the EPG the channel you were watching alters aswell.
