It eventually worked but the overriding feeling is of total frustration/anger/disappointment with the response of the vendor...very poor all round!

The first one we purchased didn't work, wouldn't keep to temperature & food was lost. The second one worked but the fiasco of getting it sorted sent me round the twist...I will never use the vendor again...truly appalling
