Cheap deal gone sour

 

I got the unit for use as a second DVD player based on it's claimed multi-format capabilities rather than as a Karaoke player. A bargain is no bargain if it don't work and you have to take time and shipping cost to return it.

The unit I received would not play any DVD±R double-layer or PAL format disks (""nodisk"" error""). It also failed to read most self-burned DVD project disks (SL & DL NTSC) that work without fail in my Sony home player.

no big surprise

 

I've had 3 machines of this type and they all suck. Loading and tracking are extremely flaky. I don't know where to find one that works properly. Maybe if absolutely everything wasn't made in China. Ugh I'm so weary. Anyway don't say I didn't warn you.

Very Nice System

 

Very nice system with this price range. My Pioneer karaoke machine is about $450. This machine can do almost the same features for a whole lot less in cost. Recommend this system any time....

Wow, i currently have a pioneer karaoke machine that i bought from online, but it does not read scratch dvd dics well that all. Which means that i cannot play or sing some of my favorite songs. With this system, so far it reads and play all of my...

First it was kind of hard trying to get the mic voice blend in with the music. I wish there is more i can do with that.

Great karaoke fun!

 

Easy to install, easy to navigate, able to work overseas as well.

great machine! Mine came with a monkey so I don't know what the other guy is talking about.

The monkeys aren't house trained. :(

Makes you a babe magnet! Wish I had it sooner.

this karaoke machine is the WORLD. Never have I had this much fun and then I turned it on. Has a very easy remote to use. Even a monkey can use it.

No monkeys included. I wish I had more music to play.
