Do not buy Philips Audio or Video products

Hi, All users do not buy any Philips Audio or Video products. I have Philips home theater systems and 3 times I changed DVD head worth of Rs. 6700. Philips India service is pathetic. I have thrown one more Philips DVD player. Thanks Arvind
