Zulu has never looked as good as this and it's quite amazing what's been achieved with a film over over 45 years old.Blu-ray does seem hit & miss with some bad transfers of older films(Bridge Too Far)but this is far superior to anything before.The only...

Well what can I say? Zulu was always one of my favourite films and have owned it previously on nearly all formats.

First thing you notice.... the excellent picture transfer. Better than most modern day blue-rays. Rather outstanding. The sound is rather disappointing though and if this was improved then a 5-star rating.

Picture and Sound quality on this scale for classic film is the key reason I went for Blu-Ray. If you want a reference disc to show everyone what they are missing they you shouldnt look much further than this.
