The softness off the clothes after drying and very little creases

Looks good, but looks are not everything

Tangles clothes, water tank light unreliable causing machine to stop mid-cycle when tank is virtually empty

Too early to tell about running costs, but it is a very 'kind to clothes' machine, however delicate. Bed linen was ready to put back on bed without ironing. Towels soft and fluffier than ever
