Increase in cycle times was not intuitive using the controls

Failed within a week, Hoover app useless in diagnosing fault code, when it did work it struggled to dry towels

It does take longer to dry clothes compared to my other tumble dryer

I have had this dryer for 2 weeks. It's brill when it actually works, after using it 3 times it now has an E08 error message which says I will need an engineer, no heat is coming through the dryer at all!
