Sweet sound, 7.1 capability, HDMI inputs, sleek look

I have had this unit for a little over a year now and the LCD screen just burnt out. I have had compatibility issues with DirecTV (everytime I change the channel, the sound goes fuzzy/pops but goes back to normal when I turn off and on the cable box)....
