I liked the idea that you were suppose to be able to see your location in relation to the device.

I tried to use it many times and spent a lot of time calling tech support. Nice people but never seem to resolve my problems. The device would show an old location. Went through all the steps again and again but could never find my child.

Simply the best child tracking device made. Take the time to learn how to use it and you will never regret it. I've tried so many devices for my autistic son and this is the only one that truly works. I love this product.

None if one is to takes the time to learn how to use it. When I see that someone isn't happy with it, I already know they didn't take the time to learn the technology. These people are wonderful with great tech support.

The iPhone App is easy and has all the features I would want.

Would like a family plan so it's cheaper to have multiple units.
