Great Features

Lasted only a month, charge port went bad, returned to Nextar, received a refurbished unit with out dated software, Non Existent customer support, don't respond to emails, they don't return Phone messages. Spend a little more and buy a name brand. I...

It will get you from point A to point B. Is flexible about excluding road sections. Wide variety of routing options and screen colors. Fairly fast to acquire satellites and I've never had it lose lock unless I was in a tunnel or parking garage....

Voice distorts badly when volume is turned up. Battery life is very short off charger, even when it worked. Maps were old. No way to update maps despite Nexar claiming for over a year there was going to be. Customer service is a cruel joke. Battery...

Inexpensive. Good loud speaker

Short power cord. Built in software is difficult to use. The supplied maps are missing a whole country. It's supposed to play MP3 files but can't take a big SD card. It's limited to 2GB SD, with no support for SDHC ; Manufacturer support is nonexistent

GPS has an outdated maps. Not user friendly. Customer service is even frustrating. Does not care about customers. Difficult to enter address. Overall I will never recommend this GPS to anyone

Missing a lot of advanced features of other GPS devices & difficult to upgrade the maps. If you live in a city with many new roads, this may not be the right one for you

The unit i received was built in '08. The map and firmware need updated. I contacted NEXTAR as instructed on the owner manual and they will not upgrade. Not sure how they are going to honor the warranty either. According to the NEXTAR customer support...
