newegg service

 

did not mean to double review, thought the first one was rejected. this one is for newegg's service as they had a shipping label to me, the package returned, and refund issued all within a week. couldn't ask for better service than that

newegg was extremely accommodating in the return process

keyboard was DOA

I didn't have sky high expectations, I actually had the lowest of expectations: that it would power on and send keystrokes and mouse gestures. fail

not one

DOA. battery compartment too large, required hand seating batteries to verify that it would not power on. not well constructed enough to even work as a paper weight, simply put: flimsy, garbage
